This might seem counter-intuitive to some people (power play and degradation as a way to make you feel better about yourself), but for some people, this is actually helpful. For me personally, I am always the dominant and assertive one and it’s exhausting because since I always seem so “put together”, people see that and have taken advantage of me. It might not make sense to everyone and not everyone will like it, and that’s ok. But for me, this was wonderful ❤️
