This man and his breathwork charms me into a meditation that I can actually feel myself cycle through releasing tension and building energy. While guest scrips can be absolutely bang’in, the intensity, intimacy, and care we get from the ones written by your hand are next level. It feels like you put a lot of thought into what/how you’ll say or do something, thusly allowing the experience to feel more immersive.
